Service Description

There are so many dishes that I really love, so in this class I have put together a few of my favourites. We will be making Orecchiette, the most famous pasta from our region of Puglia. Meat filled eggplant with our fresh pasta sauce, just so delicious, as is the Riso al Forno, which is like Lasagne but with rice, filled with meatballs and melted cheese. So good!!
