Service Description
This class will be held midweek when the tomatoes are in season. You will need to go onto a waiting list. You will be contacted when the tomatoes are ready. We will show you the traditional Italian method of preserving tomatoes both as Salsa (Passata) and Pomodori Pelati. You will receive afternoon tea when the bottling is done.
